I had a chance to strolling around Tsukiji Fish Market several weeks ago. Actually I am not expect much since I have seen some fish market previously in my hometown, Palembang – Indonesia. The main differences here is the dominant type of fish is Tuna or Maguro. Japanese has well-known with its high consumption rate of tuna. Even the 1st grade of tuna (meaning the best one!) from my country was export to Japan directly from the fisherman.
